Red flags "laws" are extremely bad idea.

I had a lucid dream[really].

An outspoken pro-gun person with a lot firearms would either end up as:
1) David Koresh case
2) Magneeto in locked up glass box

I found myself arguing with Jean and she was exercising her mind games on me.

I do not know if Texas has this or not, but watching Live PD tonight there was domestic disturbance the police responded to. There were no guns involved, but the LEO seized all of his firearms that were locked in a basement with trigger locks on them. The banner on the screen said that LE had the discretion to seize any and all firearms in the residence if they were responding to a domestic disturbance.

All RED FLAG laws are just a way to confiscate guns and good luck at getting them back.
