NOT today.........too bad!

10 Opinions remain for the term and 2 are from March.

They are saying that most probably two additional days next week (besides Monday), Wed. & Thur. for more Opinions.

No ruling on DC v Heller for Monday, June 23rd.

Last opinion remaining from March is Heller and the only Justice without an opinion from that session is Scalia.

Scalia would likely be the most favorable for RKBA rights if he rights the opinion -- while they all have to "agree" the writer controls much of the tone and specifics.

Next opinions: 10 AM Wednesday June 25th. Quite possibly there will be opinions released on Thursday if any remain then.

Does that mean

If you lived in DC

and

there was a gun shop in town

You could buy a hand gun tomorrow?

If there is not a gun shop
Could you have the local PD accept delivery from UPS and hand the gun over to you?

Inquiring minds want to know
See you at the range
NRA Life, TSRA Life, USPSA Life, Mensa (not worth $50 per year so it's expired)

Not exactly.

21 days said Mayor Fenty...and we have yet to read the rules he will require for obtaining a PERMIT.

Then you would have to find a gun store/FFL -- there don't seem to be any that would be useful. See my post elsewhere about the SIX supposed FFLs in DC.
Hint: It is funny, it is worth the trouble.
