Whatever one might have thought of the proposed legislation ... I am sure it won't gain any traction in the Senate now.

The New Black Panther terrorists showed why decent people need national reciprocity. If the Senate doesn't pass it after the bounty the terrorists put on Zimmerman, maybe it's time for a bounty on Senators. Sauce for the goose...
