"No Status Change?"

#1

Post by Zip64 »

:txflag: hello all - so I'm a bit confused, looking for some clarification. Called the DPS Tuesday for an update after calling last Tuesday and being told I was in the background process. Called again this past Tuesday and was told all was good and ready to print. I was a bit skeptical so I called again today. Was told the same thing, all was approved and they would be sending out my card in a few days. My question is this: I asked them when my online status change and was told that it wouldn't. I could sense a bit of annoyance in her tone so I didn't press it. Any thoughts? I thought the status would in fact change. Thanks. :patriot:

I called Monday for an update, the lady said its printed just needs to be mailed out. So this morning I checked online and the status changed. So I'm guessing when ever they mail it out the status will change to where you can update addresses/personal information

:txflag: 10-4. I appreciate the responses. I know after waiting patiently for 57 days, the fact that now I know it's just a matter of mailing it out, the wait seems even more brutal. Thanks again! :txflag:
