5 months waiting!?

I've been lurking these forums since I decided to get my LTC. Great resource here and I have been learning alot.
I was all in January 7th. Never received email confirmation. I received a letter in the mail about 5-6 weeks ago to send in my DD214. I did this and I am still waiting......5 months later. I can't get through to anyone to confirm or verify anything on my application. I know they got flooded with applications and I have been patiently waiting without bothering them until I got the letter requesting the paperwork. Then I wanted to make sure they received it but I can't get through.
Who else can I go to to get this resolved by DPS?
