Application under review

submitted all my paperwork on 7/20/16, looked at my account today 8/22/16 it said for the first time my LTC/CHL application is "under review".
Roughly how long until I receive my plastic license?

I wish I knew. My wife and I mailed our applications the same day. 7/12/16 - tracking said paperwork was delivered to PO box 7/15/16. She received her plastic on 8/12/16. My background still under review. We have lived at the same addresses for the past 8 years. Makes no sense.

Mine has said under review since 8/4. Paperwork was all in on 7/24.
