I was at the 75 day mark so I sent a polite e-mail saying that I just wanted to make sure that the State was not waiting on me for additonal info that I was unaware of.

The e-mail reply came back today that the license was issued on 04/14/08 and that it should arrive within 7 to 10 days.

For what it is worth, as of right now (4/15 @ 9:45pm) the web site still has me at "Processing Application".

The timeline:

Course Taken in January
App Received by DPS: 01/28/08
PIN Arrived in Mail: Don't remember, but it took a while..like 40 or 45 days.
License Approved: 04/14/08
Plastic in Hand: TBD

Lochinvar, I am in the same boat as you, waiting on plastic. Funny thing-DPS received your application 4 days after mine, and issued your license four days after they issued mine! I guess that someone has lit a fire under their chairs!
