I'm approaching my 2nd 6o day mark and have sent 2 emails to DPS, both unanswered as of today. My status showed "process application" last night, haven't checked today but I am ready to call the Texas Online technical help desk to see if their server is having problems because I keep getting the same status every time I check :cryin

I almost hate to celebrate when so many have waited longer. But I got my plastic today!!! :anamatedbanana I have checked the mail every day since my status changed. I am working from home today and checked it as soon as the postman was gone.

Hope everyone else that is still waiting gets theirs real soon!

Just dropped by, hoping to see this list disappear into the dustbin of history, but oh well.

Haven't done an official Wally Walk yet, although I have been in one for a quick errand.

08/04/09 -- Application Complete
08/07/09 -- Plastic in hand!

Congrats to all! First time posting anything on here. Thought it will make my wait a lot easier expressing myself on here then taking it out on the family. Been waiting on Harris County DPS background check for a while now. Hope we all get through this wait successful!
