Hello everyone new guy here from Lewisville. I just took the chl class on Sat with Crossfire(excellent class by the way) and mailed my packet today. So for now I am going to grab a cold drink and a pull up a chair and join the rest of you guys here in the June room. :lol:
5/22 online app.
6/26 chl class
6/28 packet sent certified mail
6/30 packet recieved
7/24 online update
8/03 F.P. complete
08/14 resent new photos
08/24 photos green(received)
9/17 Still waiting
10/20 Background Check Complete
10/26 MAILED!!!!
10/29 PIH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I finally got status today. I was starting to worry, as it took 3+ weeks to see anything online. Only need fingerprint review and background check completion and it'll go to print. :hurry:

Congrats TexasTony. I sent my packet certified mail and was delivered today. Now the real wait begins for me but at least it's there.

I'm finding out that the background check is the the worst wait lol. It hopefully won't take as long as even getting the status but it seems like it's taking forever.

I have discovered something that makes the wait even worse. My wife and I got our supertucks in today (without any lifesavers :headscratch) . Now I'm packing around the house and I have to take it off to go to the store. :banghead: This is torture.........waterboarding would be easy.

That's what I am waiting on now...how long for you now?
Since the 19th, it's the only thing I'm waiting on too. I've lived in one county for 5 years and worked in two... shouldn't be too hard for them.
