How long does it usually take to receive your license once your status changes to manufacturing?

Manufacturing to mailed status seems to take 1-3 days on average. After that, who knows how long it will take to get to you.

I live in the same county as the CHL office and mine was marked as mailed on Thursday. Ideally, if it were truly mailed Thursday, I'd get it today. We'll see.

kinda. their system seems to update overnight, so you may go from manufacturing to mailed on a Sunday morning.

Yes - mine changed overnight - when I got up on Friday Morning it showed "Manufacturing". The following Thursday when I got up it had changed to "Mailed" (changed some time between 7:00pm Wed and 7:00am Thur). It then arrived on Saturday (I am in Austin though).

You don't need a PIN. The website only asks for your TXDL#, SSN, & DOB.
