Mine was submitted 10/22/13 electronically and it went to mailed 1/14/14. As a side note, I was arrested in 2004 which was later expunged, and did not submit any paperwork. I just wrote a note saying there was no record and it was expunged, so I guess they will do their own research if u do not submit any paperwork.

I work 12 hour shifts that are from 7pm to 7am. I sleep during the day when I work then transition back to normal people schedules on my 3-4 days off. I'd sure like to sleep more!

Sounds like a RNs schedule. My wife worked that schedule for 3 years before going to the OR.

It tends to do that... I didn't get to leave work until 8 this evening... nothing like a 14 hour day!

Sometimes I wish I did 12 shifts but I would get called in to work anyways.
