It took just under 3 weeks for me. I talked to the folks at the CHL office while I was waiting, and was told that if it wasn't at 3 weeks from receipt yet, don't bother calling about a PIN. If it's been 3 weeks from the time your app was received, give them a call or e-mail. I know several folks who were e-mailed their PIN immediately after contacting the CHL office this way.caleb c. wrote:I sent off my completed packet on October 9. I have yet to recieve my Pin number.
