Received Application in Austin- Jan 19th

Congrats! Maybe they have some new help in Austin.
Mrs. Oldgringo submitted her application on 17 Dember 2007, received her PIN on 4 February 2008, subsequently submitted two (2) more sets of fingerprints and is, two months after receiving her PIN, once again "IN PROCESS"
