Mailed back with signature 02/25/08
Received pin in e-mail 02/27/08
License issured or certificate active 04/17/08
Waiting for plastic !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waiting for the plastic is even worse than waiting for an update from the website. My license was issued on the 4/10 and is still floating around in the mail somewhere. I'm positive the mailman has it wedged into the glovebox of his car to keep it from rattling when he drives over a pothole. This is absolute torture.
