How much longer?

I mailed my application on June 6. On July 12 I received a letter stating that I had left a couple of blanks empty (I'm an idiot). So I fill in the missing info and mail back to them.

Is it now a tossup as to when I'll receive my license? Did I just get placed at the end of the line?

Unfortunately, yes. Your time starts from the receipt of the COMPLEATED application. It is amazing how long sixty days is when you are waiting for something!
