All pending applications lost due to DPS computer glitch.

I just heard from the DPS that they had a major computer virus infect their computer system and all pending applications will have to be resubmitted. They will be sending out noticed within the next 30 days.

Wow, all this time I've been lurking, and all pranks avoided all day, and this is the first to fool me, so I had to post.
