mailed my packet but still not recieved =(

so i mailed my packet on april 10 and its april 14 now and according to the status site, it says theyre still waiting for the packet....does it take a few days to process once they recieve it? did i send it to the wrong address??????

It seems to be taking about two Weeks for the first update. Mine was two Weeks. .note waiting on bg check

Dont worry,mine took about 10 days.Try to relax still got a ways to go.Hope it doesnt take too long!

It took mine 15 days to post on the website that they received my packet.

Mailed mine certified on April 7th. Still shows not received on the DPS website. I called them up and they told me it was in the background check stage.
Lady on the phone didn't have any answer as to why the website was showing not received.
I say give it a few days until it gets unbearable and call them up.
