Pretty fast "status change"

Hello all,
First time here for me. Great site! My thanks to all the designers and contributers. On with the story.
Jan - Wife and I Preregistered with DPS
Jan - We Received Packets (fairly quickly)
03/17/07 - CHL Class
03/20/07 - Mailed packets to Austin
03/29/07 - Status changed to "Processing Application" for both of us
Based on my reading of other posts so far, the status changing so quickly for us seems pretty amazing. Hopefully the rest of the process will proceed at this newly accelerated rate. I will keep you all updated.

4/21/07 - "Application Completed - license issued or certificate active" for both of us
38 days from mail to plastic. Not too shabby!
