yes that is normal to see , once they are completed it will change to green unless there is a problem somewhere. good luck look at this page, you willl see what it looks like when eveything is completed

It depends on how long your background check takes example, mine only took 5 days to complete. I've seen people on here that its been going on for months.
so it could be days to weeks to months there is no way to tell how long it will take. I have seen some that are getting plastic in hand in 40+ days..
mine took 62 days from mailbox to mail box. mailed 3-11 plastic in hand on 5-11. showed mailed on 5-7 but the postmark was 5-9 so it laid in a box for a while before it left Austin.

That's funny, my first two updates were on Sundays.

Now that I know everything was recieved I can breath easy & Train & study while waiting. There's a lot of CHL manuals out there that are great. I have a lot of Piece officer relitives & friends they say train & study & only use your CCW in life threat situation that you cant avoid through other means.
Now is a perfect time to train & study while waiting. There right, this is just the begining.....
