I just checked the status of my chl and see these two items with red X's, does anyone know what this means? im certain I submitted EVERYTHING. thanks!


Proof of Classroom training : Not received, notice sent to applicant
Proof of Proficiency training : Not received, notice sent to applicant

This means they are looking for a CHL-100 form - the completion form your instructor gave to you at the end of class.

The odd thing is I am sure I submitted it, I mailed both my wife an i's separately. I guess ill have to get ahold of the instructor and resubmit it. I sent the original.

Well it turns out DPS misplaced my CHL-100 but luckily my instructor made a copy and was able to email it to DPS, as an offer of good faith DPS expedited my docs and sent my license out to print, barring any unforeseen circumstances it should arrive in the mail next week! awesome. :anamatedbanana
