Got card in mail last Friday. Damn thing got some toothless geezer and signiture instead of mine!!! Everything else appears to be correct in information although the licence number maybe suspect.
What do i do now? Refile??!?

Wow, that's awful. Sorry, couldn't resist. I have heard of this happening one time before. Seems the technician dropped some paperwork, couldn't make out the signatures on the back of the photos, and made a best guess as to who was who. So, some old geezer probably has your handsome picture on HIS license. Do ya think he is gonna call and complain? Probably not...
So, call em up. They will fix it.

Hah, I didn't mean to suggest that I'd pitch a fit at DPS. I agree, there'd be nothing constructive about that.
