Application submitted, how long until snail mail gets there?

I submitted my online application and sent in my paperwork via snail mail a couple of weeks ago. The online system still says they haven't received my paperwork, but I'm hoping that's just because they haven't gotten to my package yet. Is this the case, or should I contact someone?

You'll be lucky to get a status update after a month. I put my package in the mail on October 17th and I still have the "awaiting for required materials" .... I'd call after 60 days if your status hasn't changed.

It takes 6 weeks minimum to get a status change online.. you're much too early to contact them yet.

When u say days do u mean working days or weekends also I sent my application via mail on November 7 and I try to check online under returning users but it says my information is not found what does this mean

That means you're WAY too early to see a status change online yet. They are only on early to mid October, no where near November yet. You won't see a status change until Jan.
