3 weeks.... a record or not?

WE just recieved our licenses in three weeks time. WOW! We were expecting a wait of at least 6 to 8 weeks. Is this a record or what?

No, no not a record. Lately, people have been getting approved in three weeks or less. Mine came in 20 days.
