Prayers For Carlson1

Whether the need is great or small, there is power in prayer, especially when God's people raise their voices together.

I spent some time this morning in prayer and thought for our Brother Carl and his family.

Mary needs every one of us during these times while Carl is healing. Every prayer will serve as a comfort to her.

I'm sorry I didn't check the Forum yesterday, Mary. I will stop my day's work now to offer up prayers for Carl and your family. And will take time morning, noon, and night to do so.

Carl is a fine man. Please keep us informed and, as Steve noted, please let us know if you need anything.

I am just off the phone w/ Mary & here is her report.

Carl- In Baylor Hospital there in Dallas. He is receiving meds for pain & that is keeping him asleep a lot. Really needs our prayers.

Justin- Still waiting on the Drs to make some decissions. He is in better spirits than several weeks ago. Young man who inherited his Dad's physical troubles & really needs our prayers.

Mary- By her statement, exhausted!!!. She needs the prayers of all you ladies especially. I do not hint for any to stop praying for Carl but if God would raise up some ladies to pray for Mary, she needs as much attention as Carl does.

She does not have their laptop so will try to get on the board from the hospital later. I have found the "anti gun" hospitals have filtered us & most other pro 2A web sites out.
You can get on Brady campaign but not NRA, us, others.
She may not be able to get on.
I will stay in touch & give the reports as she desires.

Thank you, Jerry, for this most important information.

Mary has a husband and a child who both are fighting immediate heart disease. I cannot imagine more emotional and physical stress.

She is their pillar of strength. She needs all our prayers.

Lord, please bestow Your Gracious Blessing on Carl and Mary Carlson and their children. Many rely upon them for Spiritual Guidance in this world, and they now need Your Abundant healing.

Amen.

Hello folks! I am here at Baylor in Irving. I am not in the best shape. I would continue to ask for prayer for my family, especially my precious wife. I am going to have an little procedure in the morning. We will keep you informed.

Just got through talking to Carl. The proceedure tomorrow is to try to hold open a closed up stint.
If it does not work they will do a bypass.
I will be away from my computer all day tomorrow until at least 7:30 or so. Let us pray tomorrow for him & for Mary.

I got to go by and see my friend at Baylor this morning. He's on a Morphine regiment. He doesn't feel any pain but then again that's not getting him better. He's a true man of Christ and I've enjoyed every day of his friendship. He's prayed for my family as well as me praying for his. The big fella needs all of our prayers right now.

I've enjoyed this forum for the short time I've been on it. Super good people with the right frame of mind. Glad to be here with ya'll. You've got good intel on Carl with Jerry talkin to him, but if anything falls thru the cracks I'll be sure to help fill in the gap.

Thanks to all,

Jon Lindley

Just hang in there big guy! Sleep well tonight, they'll get you fixed up in the morning.

We're all thinking of you, and praying mightily!
