We start 11 day's of Higher Dose of Radiation Therapy!

Lord be close to Delaboy's and this wife in this time of need . Give healing as only you can , work through her doctors to effect a cure and healing . Give strength and guidance to this family and give them comfort by knowing of your presence in their lives . Thank you for all you do our lives . Amen

She still having some side effects from the Treatments but Dr said they could linger until the New Year! Tumor markers are normal and she gets PET scan in January. :tiphat:

PET scans aren't so bad, certainly less of a pain than most others. Can't scratch anything the whole time, though.

On the cool side, if she gets similar radiation treatments as I did, she'll get to carry around a yellow card indicating she's not a dirty bomb or something. FYI, they make you turn it in after. It's like they don't trust us or something. :)

Good luck! The suck is real but it sounds like things are looking better.
