Update: My job search

Whether the need is great or small, there is power in prayer, especially when God's people raise their voices together.

Update: My job search

#1

Post by nitrogen »

I had some contract stuff going on for the past few months, but it's all drying up now. I still havn't found a full time job yet; and it's been over 6 months.

I thought things were picking up, of course, as soon as I did, my hours at my current contract were cut by 1/4.

I've NEVER been this long without a job; its really taxing emotionally on me and the wife, too.

I've been doing my darndist, looking everywhere I can, but for some reason, I've been extremely unlucky.

My wife and I would appreciate your thoughts and prayers; we're about needing all the help we can get at this point.

Nitrogen - I remember you doing something IT related, yes?

If you're a network engineer - shoot me a PM with your resume and professional credentials. There are a few openings for a 24 month contract at my place of employment, great place to work. It's in Irving though, so it's a bit of a drive for ya.

If you're interested, hit me up. No guarantees as I am just a new worker bee there - but I can get you in touch with the contracting company they're working through(they got me my job with them).

Prayers are with you, Nitro. I've suffered those gaps of income in my career, and they ain't easy. I hope the right opportunity finds you soon.
