DaveT. I am home & want to also put you on my personal prayer list. I am sure going to have more time for it this next few weeks. We are both the same age. I am 56. Let us fight this enemy on two fronts. One Lufkin & the other in Abeline. Right now I may be a little more able to sit at the box here than you.
We must all enlist in the war that our generation is born unto.
Some of the battles we can choose to better assure victory.
The ones we must engage that we have not chosen, we can pick the spirit with which we fight.
I have gone back & read all your posts. I am glad to have you in my foxhole.
There are many troops that are manning the prayer supply lines for us. You guys & gals keep up the good work.
Those that transport us to and from the hospital battlefields have a hard part in this war. Let us keep encouraging them as the prayer troops strengthen & supply them also.
Let me know of your progress.
This battle is not ours but the LORD'S.
LT.

longtooth wrote:Good post DaveT. Man we Welocme you back. Give us an update on progress.

the end is near.......
Only 3 more radiation treatments to go, 37 down.
Been rough, lots of not so nice side effects. Won't
know the results for another 30 days when the next
PET scan is run. If the test is clear, I'm good to go
for 6 months until the next test, if not.... chemo will
start pretty quick.
We are all going to pray for your good report at the end of that 30 days.
Ladies & gentlemen, let us not let the length of that time dim our determination to pray for DaveT.
