A good friend of mine, my pastor's eldest brother, passed away this morning from complications of COVID-19. I’m still trying to process the loss. He was a pillar of our church, and one of the most committed Christian men it’s ever been my honor to know. Lloyd built up his treasures in heaven.

In the past 2 years, my pastor (the youngest of 3 brothers) has lost his mother, his middle brother's wife, his eldest brother's wife, and now his eldest brother.

Lloyd was a good man, one of the very best. He will be powerfully missed. Please pray for his brothers Ross and Randy, and for Ross's wife...the remaining sister in law.

Lord Jesus you are the great comforter. I do thank and praise you for the grace of eternal life. Thank you for the faithfulness of this man. We ask your comfort for all the family and this church family in Jesus Name AMEN

So sorry for your loss.

That's a bunch of grief to deal with but God uses these situations to prepare those who endure and rely on Him to minister to others.
