Yeah I saw that. Now If I can just get my accuracy to go with that you all will be in trouble. Heck I even dropped a mag and forgot to tun my laser off on the first stage. I guess that what I get for using the same gun for carry and shooting matches but its all I got. :fire

I second that. Sorry WS ;-) .

I had a great time as well. I'll have a much better time after some more practice. It was great seeing you guys, and getting to meet a new forum member.

No whining allowed. All my problems, both mental and mechanical, were self inflicted. I didn't stay on top of the spring life in my gun like I should have. I've been having so much fun shooting, that I have neglected my equipment. As for forgetting how many hits each target was supposed to get... All I can say is, I just need to remember what game I am playing. :smash:

If you mean dumping them on the floor because I kept having to rack the slide due to misfires, then yes. :grumble

oy. that ain't no good, right thar. I remember you tellin' me about the hammer spring, and I just thought of something we had in our group. Greg, I believe, thought he had a squib! no one could figure out what actually happened. but the hammer fell, sumpin didn't sound right, and all action was halted.
Erin managed to have an extra round in a mag, which was fascinating due to the limited capacity of 1911 mags, anyway!
another guy kept having mag "issues," too. so I guess you weren't the only one with the gremlins!

my Beretta, on the other hand, was flawless.

(I, however, was certainly not...)
