WHIDPA April Multigun AAR & Scores

#1

Post by Bob Wolff »

Couldn't ask for better weather.
Twenty hardy souls dared the MS150 Hoard and made it in to safety!

Four scenarios:
Pistol - rifle about almost 60 shots needed with the clamshell target and a swinger
Shotgun (slug) pistol Lots of intimidating barrels
Shotgun (shot) pistol Lots of choices
Pistol - Rifle while backing out (IDPA scoring)

Points of interest
Several new shooters, glad you came out, All shot safely and ended the day with a big grin
Really Appreciate the help on set-up allows me to keep the match interesting.
In the big bay lots of people just watch the non threat pop up (for a short period) and did not shoot the swinger threat
Watched one ghost ring and one front sight fall off
An AR upper can fail when a small piece of plastic from a zip tie lodges across the chamber opening
Everyone is getting better......darn it

Low points down goes to John Ely by 1/2 second over victor..nice shooting gents

Overall Match Winner.......Mike Rys, nice shooting and well done.

See ya all next month
Bob
