WHIDPA February Multigun Match scores and AAR

#1

Post by Bob Wolff »

If you weren't there the match was good and the weather was great!

38 shooters at the match.
Thanks to all who helped set-up and tear down, it went longer than I thought it would.

LOST & FOUND:
Somebody lost a 17 round (9mm) Glock 34 Magazine, if you found or saw it laying around, let me know

Some observations:
• All that money spent on Scott's USMC training paid off:6.91 seconds for the 4 long range steel....well done
• I learned a lesson about 1-4 variable optics, turn it down to 1x from 4x(after the long range), that explains the lack of field of view up close!!
• Many shooters are getting better and better.....well done
• Just like the old telephone game played as children, everyone heard the same stage walkthrough for the big bay, but by the time my squad got there (last) we were staging our rifle, moving to the right of the rifle barricade...what's a MD to do?
• Need to say good luck to all our shooters who are going to Austin next week to shoot in the Texas Two gun Championship, DO well
• Keep your eyes peeled for an announcement about the March match.

Low points down goes to: Jason T, Mike R, Fred S, John B, Tim J, Archie W, Arthur& Paul P, well done
Overall winner Jason, Congratulations
