The DPC board of directors decided to raise match fees this year - for every match at DPC.Beiruty wrote:match fees`are now`$20 for non-members?
at least there are tons of improvement at the club. $20 is not extremely high. But above the average. $15 was fair.joseywales wrote:The DPC board of directors decided to raise match fees this year - for every match at DPC.Beiruty wrote:match fees`are now`$20 for non-members?
Don't get me started.
That's about average, actually.Beiruty wrote:match fees`are now`$20 for non-members?
I plan on being there. Just shot my first RWG match @ DPC this weekend and am looking forward to TAW for some added fun.joseywales wrote:BTT...TAW Open House on May 3rd, 6:00pm @ Dallas Pistol Club
Open to members AND non-members!
TAW 101 - Intro to TAW.
We review the game, range rules, safety procedures, etc.
We set 3 fairly simple TAW style stages.
Depending upon attendance, we plan for everyone to shoot each stage.
No scores are recorded.
The RO's "coach" shooters thru the stages (as necessary).
We had 40 attend the Intro in TAW in 2010.
Join us in the steel addiction!
Yes, with gas prices and ammo prices, I was a little bummed to see the match fees go to $20. It's pushin $100 for me to get up there and shoot just one match. Steel is fun after work but I think I'm just gonna stick with RWG from now on. It's just getting too expensive and I'd rather buy a new piece than shoot 5 matches.Beiruty wrote:at least there are tons of improvement at the club. $20 is not extremely high.
