Thanks for the pre-welcome everyone. I would be based in the Houston area but will travel.

The reciprocity agreement doesn't specifically do so. However, NC doesn't issue non-resident concealed handgun permits. Whereas residency is one of the eligibilty requirements, it appears NC may consider my permit invalid once I move out of state.
