Hi Gray, welcome to the forum! Glad to have you with us! :tiphat:

Sounds like it went well, which is good. Hang around the forum, and check out the holster forum and threads. They are chocked full of good ideas. Holsters are a main topic of conversation around here.

And super congrats on getting the license. I got mine yesterday too! :thumbs2:

welcome to the forum Gray :tiphat:

it takes a little time to get things just right . i use a fanny pack on occasion . its a very small/slim one that will only hold my gun. i wear it around the waist but under my un-tucked shirt. nobody can see it .

i also like my OWB holster for comfort . 3 o'clock position works best for me , especially while sitting .
you'll find your best method . just keep experimenting .

good luck . ;-)

Hey! Watch your mouth, kid! :nono: ( )

I rather suspect this was the "What a weird way to carry a fanny pack" rather than the "You have a gun" look. Go ahead and wear it around your waist. It will give you a more mature, sophisticated look. :smilelol5: Or get one of the many small utility packs available, like the maxpedition and its clones.

Anyway, there are lots of holster options and suggestions. I carry a Hi Power in an tuckable IWB made by these guys:

Happy holster hunting, and welcome to the club.
