Plastic in hand!
New member here and just recieved my plastic today
Anyone have any experience with good quality owb concealable holsters for a glock 27.....not sure i like iwb carry yet since i attend college everyday and removing an iwb holster before leaving my vehicle would not be a good option on campus.

Congrats and welcome! If you like IWB, why not just remove your weapon and leave the IWB on...get it nice and broken-in that way. Just a thought...

Congrats on the plastic... it's a great feeling when you unwrap that baby and tuck it in the wallet! I never quite got used to IWB... maybe I just didn't give it enough of a chance.
Re: Plastic in hand!
i use a glock 19 in a mtac, most of the time i barely even know its there, it so comfortable. extremely easy to take the holster off and put it back on. a little pricey but worth every penny

Also, if you want to remove the holster and carry OWB, consider a good paddle holster. There are any number of manufacturers and models available.

IWB, I just leave the holster on and the gun in the car...
OWB.. I use fobus paddles... Easy to remove the whole thing

Congrats on your CHL...I agree with others. I use an IWB holster as well and just remove the weapon as needed but keep the holster on me. I don't even really notice it is there especially without the gun. I also use the Comp-Tac MTAC holster. The kydex front with leather back makes it easy disarm and re-holster without any issues. Well for me at least.
