Question: CHL while Overseas? (Help)

If possible, how am I able to obtain a CHL while stationed overseas? After browsing online, I have not seen any type of information regarding this. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum and thanks for your service. Texas CHL classes have to be taken in Texas, so that is out of the question. Maybe when you can get back you can take the class.

I am assuming by "stationed overseas", you mean you are in the military. Your military training will meet the requirements for either an AZ or FL non-resident license. Either one can be acquired via mail order from overseas. Both of them will make you legal to carry in TX (and a lot of other states as well, obviously).

Please be aware that all concealed handgun license courses must be taught in Texas.
