New chl application question

Hello everyone Chuck here checking in. I'm new to this chl forum and was hoping to get some info on my status. It says background under review and under that it says print pending completion of application review. can anyone tell me what this means? I'm sure someone has already asked this in the past. I'm hoping i can get some help here since i can't get any from the dps.

It means that DPS is performing the backgroud check. When the background check is complete, The "Print Pending" will change to "Manufacturing".
