Need carry advice...Please help!!!

I know someone who wears cloths that fit him well. He will generally wear a nice button up shirt as a cover which he leaves unbuttoned. He waers a nice t-shirt under it tucked in. This allows him to either dress up or dress down as appropriate. This works well for either IWB or OSW carry.
