That i can agree with. It all so sucks that i can only carry in texas till i turn 21 granted thats only a few months away i think that if you can go over seas and giving a gun then why arnt we allowed in all states to CC. But im only a E4 what do i know.

I found this online. Im getting so many different answers about if i can carry in VA or not? look at the map this says i can and when i called texas dps they said i can and i cant get any one to pick up the phone in VA so im kinda lost...

People quoted the actual Virginia law for you. However, if you put more trust in a Texas bureaucrat's opinion on Virginia law, it's your choice and your consequences to face.

I always park across the street from the VA clinic in Beaumont and stow my handgun in the console before I leave home.

Beaumont is almost in Louisiana but that's still a couple states away from Virginia.
