Wife's plastic came today... 22 days from electronic submission/ mail in combo to mail box. 5 working days from change from manufacturing to "mailed" which updated on a Sunday.

Now, off to go shopping, and I don't mean for a new purse I've been saving since she took her class,, I presented her with the DPS envelope and when she opened it, a wad of cash to go get a gun of her choice.
