Wife's plastic came today... 22 days from electronic submission/ mail in combo to mail box. 5 working days from change from manufacturing to "mailed" which updated on a Sunday.

Now, off to go shopping, and I don't mean for a new purse I've been saving since she took her class,, I presented her with the DPS envelope and when she opened it, a wad of cash to go get a gun of her choice.

Awesome! What a nice thing to do for her. And some purses take two wads of cash to buy....

Clerk at Academy was like, So sir, you have a good choice there.. "Yes I do, she is great aint she....and she has good taste in guns too" "Son, thats her new gun not mine "

Ok Umm Ma'am just fill out this paperwork and we will get the background check done.
Ms Bronco "Background check?" Yes ma'am, we have to do that, only CHL holders are exempt..
"Oh, I see CHL holders,,,, you mean CHL like THIS ONE HERE"
Ahh, Yes Ma'am, ahhhhhh, well ok that will work



Home now, Back strap changed, cleaning has began. Then tomorrow we start the 500 round count to carry.

Congrats to her and a nice choice for carry.
