Looks like a legal sign to me....

Which part of the sign are you questioning? The letter size or the fact that it has some gunbuster add on to it?

If the sign is still there on 1/1, open carry into your doctor's office. The 30.06 sign won't apply to you any longer.

Is the medical building considered part of the college? The Annoyed Man wrote:If the sign is still there on 1/1, open carry into your doctor's office. The 30.06 sign won't apply to you any longer.

Are the letters tall enough ?

That sign is questionable but do you really want to go through all the drama.
Re: 30.06 Sign a Texas Tech Medical Building in El Paso
Why go that far? Unless they take down the current sign and update the verbiage, the sign will no longer be enforceable. He could legally walk right past it.The Annoyed Man wrote:If the sign is still there on 1/1, open carry into your doctor's office. The 30.06 sign won't apply to you any longer.

I agree. I never tell a building manager or owner that their sign is worthless, I just ignore it. I go into several "high profile" major companies buildings armed due to bad signage. However, now due to all the publicity, the building managers have been put on the spot by their bosses to post enforceable signage.

I think this is the important part of the discussion. I believe this group of Physicians are all Faculity Members at the Texas Tech School of Medical School, El Paso Campus. It is run by the School with their Medical Staff with training for Medical Residents and 3rd & 4th year Medical Students. THUS would be considered a SCHOOL.
