Restraint Holster info

#1

Post by thetexan »

Ok, I have read the pdf from TDPS and for the life of me I can't tell if they are requiring a restraint holster or not. As they state in the slides the new rule doesn't deal with restraints, whether type or otherwise. Then they have a slide about a well restrained handgun is....

So, does a holster have to be a restraint holster or not?

HB910 does not require the use of a restraint holster, but the Bill does require that such holsters be covered in the LTC class.
