For years, Cinemark posted unenforceable signs ("No weapons allowed"). After Open Carry passed, they changed to 30.07 only. I suspect that they finally figured out that they can't control CC anyway, so they opted to look good by keeping out OC. Fine with me.

The only 30.06 posted theaters I'm aware of in town (San Antonio) are the Regal chain. Very prominently posted.

As for Cinemark, I have to commend them, as I also would Kroger, for not attempting to be PC but rather recognizing that CHL/LTC holders are safe, responsible citizens. I can't fault Cinemark for posting 30.07. I have no problem with that and unless AMC plans on offering valet security escorts I won't be seen there.
