House of Blues Dallas?

#1

Post by GalaxyFE »

Was just seeing if House of Blues is still wanding people @ the door? Saw they were a few months back, just not sure if they are now.

Also, anyone know how bad it is between there and the Spring Hill Marriott a couple blocks away?

I would imagine the House of Blues would be a 51% establishment as they sell quite a bit of alcohol, so it would be off-limits, wanding or not.

No guns allowed at all - they even ban off-duty police officers from coming in while armed. It's against state law to do that but what the heck. All the North Texas LE agencies have black balled them because of it.

Do they have metal-detectors? And for the 51% rule, I'm not sure about that as I think they make most of their money from ticket revenues...I think anyway.
