I believe they were trying to make it clear that weapons were not permitted on unlicensed persons.

Community Bank. Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff, and best of all, no signs.

Great bank.

Gulf Coast Educators Credit Union has a sign on the front door stating "No firearms allowed". I just go past the sign and say hello to the Pasadena LEO that is always at the reception area. Great people at the CU, however I have never inquired about their sign.

I love West Texas. Parts of it are still the "West."

Red River Federal Credit Union: proper 30.06 at all locations.
CapitalONE Bank: No anti-gun signs at any locations.
Century Bank: Ditto.

I bank with CapitalONE.
Capital One banks in S.E. Texas have no anti-gun signs. :clapping:
Also, Texas First banks don't have any signs. :clapping:
I've checked them since Prosperity Bank in Winnie has 30.06 sign.

No 30.06 signs at Community Resource Credit Union locations.

By law handguns would not be permitted. I guess it covers the shotguns and rifles though.

Isn't there a deal that refers to the "unlicensed" carry of firearms similar to the 30-06, there is one posted at the Conoco near my house...I see that as a thumbs up to us CHL'ers

Next time I go by there I will get a closer look

That would be a TABC sign for businesses that sell alcohol for OFF premise consumption.

So if your Conoco sells beer and wine, that is probably what they have.

Same sign is in all convenience stores.

It has no bearing on licensed carry.

Capital One in my area has no posting. I just looked at the poll, and I am pleasantly surprised to see so many without a posting.
