I think it it tiltled APD.

Anyone know any attourneys who are familiar with the gun law, work in Travis county courts, and a darn good?
Any reccomendations are appreciated.

I guess I must have missed a relevant post or thread. Do I take it that the APD cop that jhutto got mixed up with last Fall subsequently filed a formal charge against him, and that jhutto did not receive notification of same? That sounds pretty confusing. How is one supposed to respond to a charge that one is not informed about?

And the cop is saying that when he flashed his badge, jhutto flashed his gun?????

That sounds pretty weird.

I feel like I missed something in both stories.
