Moving out of state

If you have a CHL and move out of state, what are you required to do?

Is there a way to convert your CHL to a non-resident CHL?

For the most official answer, call the DPS at 1-800-224-5744.

However, I think I remember that you can keep your license, and it will still be valid until its expiration. Of course, you will need to change your address on the license and you can do that online.
