I can help with sponsoring as well. Just PM me.

Maybe Charles could find out why some can get it and others get a "not happening" answer from NRA? Seems to me this is the best thing they could do right now and if they are in fact doing it, then all that answer the phone should know about it.....not just Diane...... :banghead:

I got lucky and Diane answered my call. They must be busy it took a little while. :hurry: She quoted the price to me, with me only asking for a upgrade with a recommendation of a lifer. Thanks Mike. :patriot: :txflag:

I'm an easy pay life member that has not fully paid yet. Anyone know if it's $300 on top of what I've paid or they can take what I've paid and apply it to the $300 total? :headscratch

That being said, I'm in search of a sponsor. :patriot:

FWIW, when I called I was on hold for 6 minutes before Diane answered. As we were talking, she mentioned to me that there are only two people who answer the phone in that office. So, if you call, you have a 50% chance of getting Diane.

My membership was paid up thru June of 2012 (regular membership, not easy pay life) - I asked if any of the "unused membership" was applied to the life member upgrade. The answer I got was no.

Happy upgraded anyway. :patriot:

I didn't have any problems upgrading my membership -- just gave the referring life member number, my number and a credit card - done deal.

If anyone feels inclined to sponsor me, I would love to get a life membership to the NRA. Thanks in advance.
