When and where is the gun show being held in Wichita Falls ?
If you happen to stop by Red River Harley-Davidson, ask for Rob Harrison and tell him Dave Thompson sent ya.... he'll treat ya right !
I ride an 02 Ultra, have not figured out how to post pics here yet. Riding is on hold until after these radiation treatments are over.

It's Aug. 12 & 13, at the Multi Purpose Events Center, Ray Clymer Exhibit Hall, 1000 5th St.
I will stop in there, Dave. Always like to pick up a tee shirt when I visit a different town.
I just got back in the saddle myself; I was off for a year getting new knees and fused joints in my feet. Good luck in your treatments!

AC,
Thanks for the info.
If you deal with Wild West H-D there in Lubbock, I've been doing business with them since 1983 when it was Graves H-D. Jerry and Darla in sales, Michael in Parts, Mike, Billy, and Chris back in service, Tom in make ready, Linda in the office, all great people and good friends. Have not been there in several months, hope to change that around the end of September when I get back to full strength !
Be safe on that ride to Wichita Falls. You'll be riding about 12 miles north of me when you're at Benjamin, between Guthrie and Seymour. I'm south from Benjamin in Knox City. There's always something cold to drink in the fridge out in the Harley garage......

I remember a blip on the news about 6 or 8 years ago where a guy was carrying a rifle to a Houston gun show, so he slung it over his shoulder in plain sight while riding his motorcycle. Of course, someone called the law, and they stopped him. After a few questions, they let him on his way, as he hadn't broken any laws. And yes, the news story had that ever-present anti-gun slant weaved into it.
